之所以英國法院早前裁定「One More Thing」並非 Apple 專用，事緣是 Apple、Swatch 由 2015 年開始的手錶命名戰。當時 Apple 想在英國註冊 iWatch 商標，但被拒絕，原因是跟當時 Swatch 的 iSwatch 產品名稱太相近。此後於 2019 年 Apple 因 Swatch 註冊的「Tick Different」標語跟品牌的「Think Different」相似，於是也着力阻止其登記。因此，過往當 Swatch 想將「One More Thing」標語註冊時，Apple 律師團隊就覺得這是惡意行為，且有模仿 Apple 的可能。
可是，法官 Lain Purvis 表示 Apple 未能提出有關模仿例子佐證，以及提到「One More Thing」真正來源或為經典美劇《哥倫布探長》（Columbo），所以裁定「One More Thing」並非 Apple 專用。
