以棒球運動為主題的《MLB The Show 21》發售，配合 PS5 主機推出加入獨佔模式，讓玩家在培育球員球隊外，亦可創建特色球場。

棒球運動在美國十分流行，相對香港因為場地限制，普及程度不及其他運動項目，但本地尚有香港棒球總會努力推廣，近年接觸人數有所增長，甚至台灣日本等地多年來也有成熟的職業聯賽，遊戲方面多年來也有推出《MLB The Show》系列，最新一集《MLB The Show 21》推出，適逢主機世代交接，今集遊戲亦有相當改進。例如培養自製角色時，可任意成為攻守兼具的球星，同時作為投手及擊球手在「Road to the Show（生涯模式）」和「Diamond Dynasty（鑽石王朝）」打出名堂。「Franchise（經營模式）」和「March to October」賽季模式，有改良教學及優化各項功能，對戰支援跨平台遊戲及個人進度遷移，與 其他主機平台版本玩家遊玩。遊戲有十分詳細設定，可從簡單到專業逐步設定投球擊球走壘等操作，可輕鬆遊玩或是專業級競技比試。
針對新一代 PS5 主機，《MLB The Show 21》有 60fps 流暢度外，支援新機 DualSense 無線控制器的沉浸式觸覺回饋，揮棒打擊、接球和跑壘碰撞等都更為逼真。同時支援 360 度 Tempest 3D Audio Tech 技術，使用耳機遊玩時，球場的空氣感、觀眾氣氛更強烈，而且新主機獨佔 Stadium Creator 球場創建模式，玩家可自訂球場，創造出格局、空間尺寸、牆高等不同組合，亦能在「Diamond Dynasty 鑽石王朝」和「Franchise 經營」模式中使用所造的球場，甚至在遊戲社群中分享、編輯和遊玩。不過就球員角色等細緻度來說，新舊主機無明顯分別，而今集遊戲仍沒有支援中文字幕，令門檻比較高。
